Comprehensive Network®, Inc. was originally created in 1985 to assist health care and educational professionals in maximizing the potential abilities of those they serve. Since then it has successfully expanded into a wide range of fields, bringing innovation and a drive for excellence to each one.  

Comprehensive Network® is now an umbrella organization for diverse health care and educational resources, managing a myriad of professional services for the New York City community. Our clients include New York City Department of Education and numerous preschools, private schools, early intervention programs, hospitals and rehabilitation centers as well as home care, private organizations and government agencies. We match OTs, PTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, social workers, psychologists, CFYs, registered nurses, special education teachers, translators and interpreters, and sign-language interpreters with opportunities that apply their respective skills and fit into their individual schedules.

All these organizations come together at the Comprehensive Enrichment Center® in Brooklyn, New York, which runs continuing education workshops and seminars for professionals in all fields, enabling them to sharpen, expand, and polish their skills.

Comprehensive Network®, Inc. is approved by the following organizations as a sponsor of continuing education activities for CEUs or contact hours: American Psychological Association for psychologists, Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf - RID CMP/ACET and American Occupational Therapy Association. Comprehensive Network® also co-sponsors approved CEU activity with other recognized organizations for each respective professional discipline.

Clients and health care professionals may recognize us by the names of our various divisions – agencies who either joined or were developed by us to address the diverse needs of our multi-lingual and multi-faceted community.

Netcare® Inc. is our CPSE evaluation program providing multidisciplinary evaluations to children between the ages of 2.6 and 5. Netcare® works with a wide range of professionals, from occupational therapists to special education teachers, to enhance each child’s potential to begin school ready to excel.

Comprehensive Resources® Inc.  is dedicated to giving every child the ability to attend school. Matching nurses with children who require nursing assistance, Comprehensive Resources provides bus escort, one-on-one, and school nursing services so children receive the care they need while attending their classes.

Therapists Network^SM Inc., Consultants On Call® Inc., Related Services Associates^SM Inc., Binet® Inc.  and Comprehensive Counseling Services^SM Inc. each offers therapists and evaluators to different preschool and grade school populations who provide professional support, enabling the children to meet developmental goals and move forward with their peers through the grades.

Comprehensive Educational Outreach^SM and Comprehensive Enrichment® Supplemental Educational Services (NCLB/SES) programs help children succeed academically. Using teachers, instructors, and tutors they help struggling children to achieve according to their full potentials and perform well in school.

SignTalk® LLC and Bilingual Professional Agency^SM Inc. make every voice heard. Working with sign language professionals, translators and language interpreters they ensure that the Deaf, hard of hearing, and ESL speakers can overcome the obstacles of oral language and better understand and navigate the verbal world around them.

Consultant Network, Inc. specializes in the recruitment, placement and administration of therapists and evaluators to hundreds of organizations throughout NYC and NYS. CNI offers evaluation, per diem, short- and long- term placement of OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychologists, Educators and Social Workers across a variety of settings.
